I recently created a Box account, added a few sample files, and then tried searching for them, but Box returns ZERO results. What am I doing wrong?

    Have you checked out our KB article on Search for Files, Folders, and Content?

     It can take time between uploading or modifying a file for it to be fully indexed and ready to be searched. In most cases, you can expect newly added or changed files to be available via Box search in 10 minutes. The current service load determines the index time and it may take more than 10 minutes in some cases.

    This may be relevant to your problem with the next steps!

    This seems to be an issue with developer accounts. Search works fine when using a free, non-developer account. However, when using a developer account, search does not work at all. As you mentioned, indexing is not available immediately though.
