All of our users are unable to find folders or files when searching a folder that we KNOW is in Box. We have been searching the same way for months, and now when searching the same part of a file name, no results show. I tested this even when the I can see the file I want to be certain the file is there.
We are also getting reports of Box search not working. Searing on documents that we know are in a Box folder, do not show up in a search. We had specific examples shown to us by our Production team. Is there a possible fix?
Same here, multiple users in the PNW region are having issues with the Search feature, manually locating files with long numerical filenames using CMD+F is cumbersome, and we're getting no response from Box Support when trying to open a Chat.
We are also having the same exact issue. Have always used the search feature when locating files quicker and having to manually find the file on box is not sufficient.
Same issue. Seems to find word documents but not pdf's
Since yesterday, 6/3/24, the search feature in Box hasn't been working consistently. It seems to work half the time, but not the other half of the time. I cleared my cache, updated my browser, signed out, logged back in, restarted my computer, etc., but it's still not working properly. I need to access files to do my work. Are other people experiencing this problem or is it just me?
