I want to upload and download the file. I just want to know which type of file upload is best whether the SDK File upload or Chunked data file upload using BOX API. 

I just want to know in detail about the Chunked data and SDK File upload. 

I just want to know the pros and cons of the chunked data file upload using API and SDK File upload including the limitations. 

(Most properly I will use the .NET SDK)
