I use Box for school related files and now recently I uploaded personal files onto Box to clear storage on my computer. Now, all of my school related files are nowhere to be found. It is really important that I have access to these immediately. How do I do this?

I'd like to check if you are still having trouble accessing your files in Box.
Is your Box showing completely empty? How are you accessing your Box, is it via a web browser (Box.com) or are you accessing it from a Box desktop app?
I've had a chance to into your Box account linked to this post and I can see some storage is being used, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see on your end so we can take a look?
