Great that we have the option to schedule reports but I do not understand why there's no option to create them daily and to set a time stamp?

The ability to schedule a single report daily is not currently available, the fastest a report can be scheduled for repeat is on "Weekly" basis. You can choose your report to run weekly, monthly, yearly, or once only.
