Scan to Box directly

I am also having the same things happening with me.

I want to scan documents directly to Box drive, we also have Ricoh Scanner. Can you please respond when posssible. Thanks

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

The workflow of scanning files via a printer straight to Box Drive is not supported. As a workaround, we recommend users scan to their local desktop first then move files into Box Drive from there.

We strongly suggest leaving feedback via pulse.box.com where our Engineering and Product teams can see this feedback directly to consider for future enhancements with our Products.

Hello, is scanning directly to Box still not supported as of 10/17/2024?  We tried yesterday and it said it was Disabled by the Administrator.
