Box keeps telling me it is failing to update my saved files because I’m out of storage, but when i delete things it doesn’t help. I’m not actually out of storage. Can you help with this?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
