Save button is grey in "Configure Box for Microsoft Teams" panel

I am up to step 3 point 11 of https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044681354-Deploying-Box-for-Teams-in-your-Enterprise.  The save Button is greyed no matter what I do.  Step 1 &2 have completed.  I can add BOX to Teams.  When I try to add it to a chat or team, the tab cannot be created but only has one message: "The Box app is still performing a one-time setup for the files tab, please wait a moment or two and try again!".

Please help.
