Samle curl call fails

I create a new application and Box provides a curl call to get started, which fails.

 

I create a developer token and plug that into a the Java API   get 401  Unauthorized - Cannot authorize with this service

 

What is the issue?

    Have you properly authorized the application in the Box admin console?
