Subject: Consultation regarding Box account domain selection for Salesforce integration
We are currently planning the configuration of Box for upcoming Salesforce integration. Our project context is as follows:

• Current User: Company A (already using Box)
• Contract/Account Holder: Company A
• Operational Support: Our firm (External Vendor)
• Project Scope: Salesforce integration
• Plan: Create an admin account and a dedicated service account for the integration.
• Requirement: Per Box support documentation, both accounts will be created under the same domain.

In light of this, we are evaluating which domain should be used for these accounts:

1. Company A's domain
2. Our firm's domain (the service provider)

While Company A is the contract holder and existing user, our firm is responsible for the daily administrative tasks. We would appreciate your professional advice on the best practices regarding this setup, considering factors such as future administrative handovers, governance, data ownership, and the potential impact when our service contract eventually concludes. Furthermore, if there are any specific concerns associated with this type of configuration, please let us know.
