S.O.S. Cannot open Google doc in Box

Cannot open Google doc. I've restarted, reset my internet (everything else works fine), and tried opening in both Chrome and Safari. I can't work without these files... Please help!

    I see that you're unable to open a google doc through Box. Can you confirm if there's an error message? If so, could you attach a screenshot for us to see?
