I just organized the file structure in our BOX account, and it is now saying I am out of storage but I know that can't be true as I didn't add/upload any additional files. Can you please run a script to help adjust our storage size to the accurate number? Thanks!

I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.

Thank you! Does that take some time to process? It is still saying we are out of storage, which shouldn't be the case so I'm just trying to troubleshoot all of the things that might be happening. I'm not the original owner of the account, would that matter? Thank you so much for your help!
