run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issue

Hi, I am unable to upload files to my Box account because it says I am out of storage. my colleague upgraded our accounts to the starter plan so unsure why this is still happening. Would be great if a script could be ran to try and solve.

Hi Tara, 

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

It seems that you still have free space from your Box account. To verify that, log in to  box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 

Additionally, your storage error could be due to your shared folders. You might want to check it with the folder owner. If that's not the case, please upload a screenshot of your error in this forum.

Thanks for your response. Here is a screen shot of my storage as well as the error message I am receiving when trying to upload. Please share more information on what I need to check with folder owners of shared folders?
