Hi:
We do calls for grant proposals and our recent call generated 16 applications. Unfortunately many waited until the due date to submit and several came in as multiple PDFs. It was a difficult task to determine which PDFs belonged to the same submitter. And, many people emailed asking for confirmation that their proposal was uploaded correctly. I have two questions:
1) is there a setting to change so that the upload of one person all go in one subfolder?
2) is there a way to automatically send a confirmation of a successful upload?
