I was trying an online tutorial about creating a Box app and realized my account was automatically converted to a developer account. Unfortunately that means I'm locked out of MS Office online as it now gives an error that I need a paid account:
"To edit business documents you'll need a commercial Office 365 subscription."
I didn't know this change would occur when I started the process. Is there a way to revert back to an individual account? I've tried deleting the apps I started to create.
