BOX account was closed but not all folders were downloaded. Is it possible to retrieve folders from BOX?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    I'm afraid you can no longer retrieve your Box contents once your Box account is already closed. As your Box contents are only accessible while your Box log in is active.
