    Hi there,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

Have you tried to search within your Box Trash and use the filters to find the missing contents?

If the file has been deleted from Trash, there is a 14-days grace period when content is removed from Trash during which Box Product Support can recover your content. After this, we cannot guarantee that the files or folders will be recoverable.

If you need assistance in recovering a content, please submit a new ticket to our support team by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page.

    Best,

I don't expect a miracle but if someone would try I would appreciate it.
