Retrieve missing folder files

This may not be possible but I once had a folder named my sims 2 stuffs. I deleted it and requested that it be restored but could not follow to see if it was. I'd there any way to recover this folder? Ty [personal information--redacted] Is the account

    Have you tried to search within your Box Trash and use the filters to find the missing contents?

    If the file has been deleted from Trash, there is a 14-days grace period when content is removed from Trash during which Box Product Support can recover your content. After this, we cannot guarantee that the files or folders will be recoverable.
