Retrieve Lost Folder

Have you already searched in your other folders in Box and in your Box Trash the missing folder? Box allows you sort and filter items within your trash folder.

You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

• The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.
• The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

Tip: Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

HI, as I mentioned, the folder is not in the trash.I used to be able to access it (see attached for the link when I was accessing it so I know that it was uploaded in box. I never shared this to anyone as collaborators and it was just suddenly gone. Can you please re-check if you can retrieve this particular folder?

If the folder has been deleted from Trash, I'm afraid we are unable to help retrieve this for you, we are unable to support folder/file recovery for our Free Individual plan users. 

I did notice that there are collaborative folders in your Box, have you checked those folders for the missing folder? You may have accidentally moved your folder into one of those folders, so I would suggest looking and searching on those collaborative folders.

Why will it go to trash? You can see from the link that I sent you that it was a main folder. Did you migrate my account or something and why will this folder be moved? The path has always been inside box itself. I already checked the collaborative folders and it's not inside.
