We have 2 GB as max file size upload. Is it possible to restrict users from uploading files larger than 50 MB by any chance?

As for restricting your users from uploading files larger than 50 MB, right now there's no way to restrict that.
If this is something you would like to be able to do as an admin, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
