Restoring accidentally deleted folders and files

I want to restore a folder/file that I accidentally deleted.
The data is not in the Recycle Bin.
What information do I need to provide in order to restore them?

I am a user of Box but I accidentally deleted the box app from my old laptop and it took out all the data It had later some data was restored but other data was still missing how do I get the remaining data back?
