I am wondering if someone from Box support can restore a file for me. It was accidently overwritten, and I am on a free account, so I cannot restore previous versions. The previous version has important info and was not saved elsewhere. Please advise.

Hi, I have a similar issue, a file on Box has become corrupted, but I am on a nfree account. If I change to a paid account will I be able to access the version history for that file, or does it only start storing previous versions from when you upgrade?
If I upgrade from free version, will I be able to access version history from the past when I was a free user or are versions only created and stored from the time the upgrade happens?
