Restore deleted user and files

Please restore the deleted user Bethany Wooldridge from KKOS Lawyers. The account was deleted, and the content will also need to be restored. Thanks.

Is there another way to contact support? I sent in a request for help restoring a BOX folder and never received any additional follow-up related to my request. Is this normal?

Upon checking, we can’t seem to find any existing ticket in your Box account. Who contacted the Box Product Support regarding this particular issue?

This request was sent to BOX support and I haven’t received any email from BOX support.

The email used was [removed by moderator]

The issue revolves around a file that was deleted in error here

Chiang, Stephanie (CMS/CCSQ) RE: Stephanie Chiang deleted 1 item from Hospice QRP 05/01/2026 58 KB

However, we were unable to recover that file from the trash but we would like to.

Since then the folder was updated here:

Hospice QRP 2026
