Hi! I use box at IBM and, yesterday, I installed Box Drive on a new computer and when I logged in, unlike Box Sync, my personal files appeared and also files that I apparently have access to because they are from different teams. By mistake I deleted documentation that belongs to a team but I can't recover it since it's not in my trash. Please I need you to tell me the steps to follow to recover that information. Thank you.

If you've accidentally deleted an item in Box that is owned by another user, you can recover them in your Trash by filtering the page with "Items I deleted".
- The Items I deleted filter displays all items you have deleted, regardless of who created or owns the item. More details can be found here.
In addition, it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
