Hi, we have a team collaborating on a document. It's anticipated to go through many review rounds, so I'd like to mark comments as resolved for reference in the Activity tab as they are addressed (not delete them entirely). However, I'm not seeing an option. Can someone advise on how to do this?

You can’t “resolve” comments in Box the way some tools do — Box keeps comment history in Activity and doesn’t offer a first‑class “resolve” state for regular comments. You can only reply to, edit (your own), or delete comments.
Instead, you could use Tasks instead of plain comments for review items you want to mark done. Tasks have explicit states (Mark as Complete / Approve / Reject) and those state changes are shown in Activity and Task Center. For more details, please see this article.

Can this be taken into account as a feature request? It would certainly help get up to par with other commenting software workflows. Ideally, there is a 1-click solution to be able to more easily track which comments are resolved vs. open (vs. The tasks workflow, which is 2 clicks + a 3-field form submission, currently.
