Hello. I use BOX on my Mac and iPhone. Not everything updates equally. There are files that are on one site and not on another. I have tried to reboot, uninstall, and the problem persists. Files don't sync well. Any solution? Thank you.

    For me to check, may I please have the following: 

    • macOS and iOS version that you have
    • What Box app are you using?
    • Have you tried to connect to a different browser?

    Hello. I have MacOs Ventura 13.2.1 and IOS 16.3.1.
    Box version 2.31.64.

    I use normaly Firefox.

    In Iphone i use Box App.
