Could you please run the script for resetting the correct amount of storage used?


I have deleted all files/folders (including in Trash) and it still shows it 100% full.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
