Reset the space used in my account

My account has 0 files but it says 49GB of 50GB currently used. In https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4872559291411-Storage-Count says that there is a script you can run to reset the used storage in my account.

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

    Hi There,

    Can you please run this script for my account?

     

    1 folder shows 4.4 GB, others are almost empty but the account shows 29GB used.
