Apparently this is the best way to contact Box.com support.


Please run the script to refresh the storage on my account (so it accurately reflects what's in there).


I deleted a lot of items and emptied the trash and it has not changed at all.


I'm trying to get my usage under 10GB and it's very difficult when the data usage won't accurately reflect what's in my account.
