Reset storage

My box is showing that I've used 47gb of my 50 gb of storage although I've deleted everything in it and even deleted the items in the trash.   How can I reset the storage in there?

But, no real solution ..

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.

    You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
