I recently attempted to reset my password as I was unable to log in. I have not received an e-mail with a link to reset it. I have tried this many times in the last week with no success.

Could someone please help me?

Hi Team,

I have been trying to reset my password (User Name: [removed by moderator] ) using the "Forgot Password" option. After submitting my request, I receive a message stating that a password reset email has been sent to my inbox. However, I have not received any email yet.

I have checked my inbox and spam/junk folders and waited for more than 30 minutes, but the reset email has still not arrived.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and help me regain access to my account?
