I recently attempted to reset my password as I was unable to log in. I have not received an e-mail with a link to reset it. I have tried this many times in the last week with no success.

Could someone please help me?

I am having the same issue. I keep requesting email to change password for my Box account and not recieving it. I had to create a new log in and password with another email just to come in here and ask this question to get help! 

 

Not easy to get help here.
