Reset my storage count

Hello Support, 

I have No file neither in the drive nor the trash, but the storage shows almost 8 Gb out of 10. Like in the past, I appreciate if you could run a script to reset the storage count for me.

    The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

    I went ahead and ran the same script for your account so you should also now see the correct storage usage on you Box.
