My storage usage is incorrect. The Box iOS app is showing I am out of space, but I do not have any data on Box. Trash folder is also empty.
Is there any way to reset my storage?

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your accounts, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your respective Box.
