Reset box capacity again and again...

This issue comes again and again. At this time I don't have files in my box and it shows 6.7GB used.

Could you please put the reset script in a scheduled job and run to avoid this annoying thing?

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
