Please resend verification email. The link provided to change password does create a new link sent to my email….yes, I checked junk folder.

Currently, we are unable to resend the verification email, instead we will make sure that you are correctly receiving Box emails. For us to check, we’ve created a support ticket and we will reach out through email.

Since I cannot verify my email, I’m unable to upgrade to a plan that better fits my needs (when I try to upgrade, I get an error message that says I can’t because my email is not verified). Seems like a major flaw in the application that could be easily fixed. Given that, I really have no other choice than to use another provider. Thank you for the reply.
