Require email address and name to get files out of password protected shared folder

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

You can just invite your colleague/client into your folder as a collaborator, this way your invitee will be prompted to setup his or her respective Box account if they haven't done that already. Which will require anyone to setup an account with his or her email address and name. 

You can invite a collaborator by following these steps.
