Request to run the script to recompute available space

As every year, the available space on my account is again off by 20GB or so. But apparently now non-paid accounts can now longer even create support tickets. So dear community manager, please create a support ticket for me to ask them to run the script that recompute available space. Thanks

    I need the script run to delete the invisible files that are using my my space, please

    I still need the script run. I'm definitely not using 37 of my 50 gigs. I'm probably using around 10 gigs right now.
