Request to run script to fix the data inaccuracy issues

I would like to request Box Support to run the script to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.

I deleted all files, but the account setting showed 4.7 GB of 10 GB was used.

I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account.

You should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. Let us know if you have any questions and we will help you!
