I am reaching out regarding the adjustment of user numbers for my Box account (registered email <personal information-redacted>


Recently, I reactivated an account<personal information-redacted> but it appears that the total user count has inadvertently increased, which might impact my current subscription. I would like to request the following adjustments:


  • Current user count: 6

  • Desired user count: 3

To avoid any impact on the next billing cycle, I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in addressing this matter.
