Good day all!
Curious, is there a way after creating a request form, to move it to its own folder? I had created it in my main folder, but would prefer it went to its own, "upload by user" folder.
Otherwise, I'm assuming I'll have to create a folder and just delete the older submission request form.

The File request link is unique to each folder so unfortunately, you can't create a form for one folder and then move it to another.
