Request script of storage space to be run

Hello Box Support team,

My storage space also has data inaccuracy problems. After reading the following document, I know I need to contact you. 
Please help me run the "script" mentioned in the document. Thank you.

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

    In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
