Hi,

I signed for this for my class and I couldn't enter or join most of the class period and after that I notice you guys took the payment and I couldn't figure out how to request a refund. I would like to get my money back please. through the whole semester I couldn't open or enter any of my class file till the end of the semester and after it was done the payment went through. please refund me the amount I payed. or whatever left in my term. It was supposed to be for a month not a year.
