I'm having trouble displaying my account capacity. According to the admin panel, we have used 100GB of data, but even after deleting over 5GB (including removing them from the trash), the situation remains unchanged. The problem of displaying incorrect amount of calculation has been going on for a while now,. We have probably no more then 70GB of data on the disk. Could you please help?

My Box folders don’t show the correct information, I attach an example image where a folder of my files says it contains "0 files" but if you enter it, the files that it really has inside are shown.

If you ever come across these data inaccuracies in your account, please know that the problem is entirely with the display of these totals. This has no effect on your underlying data. All of your files remain in place and have not decreased in size or been edited by unauthorized people.
Your aggregates will be fixed in the next 24 hours, and depending on the size of the items involved it can take up to days or a week even for large contents. For more details, kindly visit this page.

I want to clean my box.com available space. All Files was deleted but still shows 10GB used. Help me solution please!!!
Like others, I have a folder showing the incorrect number of files, and as a result I am over quota. This seems to be a recurring problem.

My storage space is showing 15.9GB out of 10GB used. I’ve moved some videos out of Box and it should now be below 500MB but it seems to refuse to update the total file size.
Additionally there is a folder on my Box folder that I have deleted from Box but it refuses to let itself be deleted from my computer (manual deletion does nothing, cmd deletion also does nothing).
Anyone that can help me with these 2 issues?
My storage in my account is “full” even though I have deleted plenty of things that should have made the utilization go down, it has remained the same at 128.7gb/128.0 gb.

Check your recycle bin and system restore points—deleted files may still occupy space. Also, run disk cleanup to remove hidden temp and cache files.

Dear Box Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I’m contacting you because my account still shows 10.0 GB of 10.0 GB used, even though I’ve deleted a large number of files and completely emptied the trash folder.
At this point, my available storage should have been freed up, but the usage indicator hasn’t updated. This is actually the second time I’ve experienced the same issue, and I’m not sure why it keeps happening.
Could you please help me refresh or recalculate the storage data on my account so it accurately reflects the available space?

I just deleted a bunch of folders from my account and deleted them from the trash but my storage count hasn't updated. Its still showing 9.6gb /10gb
How do I get my real storage count?
