Hi -

Is there an in-place report that will track when/who changed the Permission for a user(s) on a particular folder(s).

I have a user that has no permission to a Root folder. However she did last week.

My admin account is the "OWNER" of the folder and there are several other EDITORS. I did not change the permissions.

She clearly used to have Editor access, as one of the sub-folders is listed with her account being the last to modify a file in that sub-folder.

thanks!

Hi there,

Welcome to Box Community and I’m here to help!

You can run a User Activity Report to track the recent collaboration activities in one of your folders. Here's the steps:

  • From Admin Console, select Reports> Create report>User Activity.
  • Set the date range of your report and under Action Types choose Collaborations and filter accordingly. As for you, choose Invited Collaborator, and Change user or group role.
  •  To capture a csv file for this report, click run.

Hope it helps!
