Report on NetSuite Transaction Box Content Folder URL

How to map or extract NetSuite Transaction Box Content Folder URL to get the Box Item ID for mapping the NetSuite Transaction to the Box Content files?

Example:

NetSuite Transaction:  Sales Order#: USA-1362
Box Content Folder Name (in NetSuite Sales Order Transaction window, under "Box Content" tab:  All Files > Netsuite V2 4038051 > Sales Orders > USA-1362


I would like to report or extract the following URL that contains the Box Item ID for the
above Folder:

    Hello Varghese, 

    You can find this information by going to customization > lists, records, and fields > record types > click "list" to the far right on the row for Box Record Folder. 

    This will provide you with the associations between NetSuite record IDs and Box folder IDs. Please note that you may need to click "edit view" to customize your columns.

    Thank you for the solution. I was able to customize the Box Record Folder list to link the NetSuite record IDs and Box folder IDs. That works for the question I raised on this thread. Much appreciated.

    Hi Kourtney,

    The "Box Record Folder" record type in NetSuite lists only Box Version 2 associations between NetSuite record IDs and Box folder IDs.

    Is there a way to get the same associations for prior Box Version 2 Folder structure?

    I can pull this information for you an email you with a report. Can you tell me the user ID or email of the person who owned your NetSuite V1 root folder ?

    On this association listing I am looking a minimum of following fields:
