We are running up on our license count and wanted to see if there was a way to free up licenses based on inactivity. Is there a way to generate a report that shows when the last time a user logged into BOX or the last time they accessed a file?

Welcome to the Box Community!
You can access a Report of all your managed user's last login from the Admin Console following these steps:
- Click Admin Console
- Go to the User's and Groups section
- Click "Export Users" tab at the top of that page.
- Then go to your "Box Reports" folder on your All Files page and wait for the report to be completed. Once the reported is available, you'll see that there is a column on that report called "last login".
