I believe I'm the admin, but don't see any controls to add or delete users. I'm looking to replace my access with a new employee. Please help.

You can only have a Box Admin on Business account(s) and above. Currently, do you have an alternate Box account? If so, please use it to contact Box Support.

Hi Rona - Thanks for the reply. I don't believe we have a business account, but are a business. In this case, how do I add a new admin and have myself removed? We do not have an alternate BOX account. Thanks, Bruce
