I am Admin for our Box platform. I'm also a personal user on our platform. I was deleting a former employee's user account and wrongly transferred the content to me personally vs. Box Admin. I'm able to delete the files in the folder but not the folder itself. And I can't locate that folder when I'm in Admin to delete it there. Any help or ideas?
