I have a folder - People - that contains personal folders for each individual employee. The People folder was set up with all employees as collaborators and the individual folders have inherited those permissions. Is there a way for me to remove the collaboration while still letting each employee access there own folder.

Note: Permission levels on Box follow a "waterfall" design in which individuals have access only to the folder they are invited into and any subfolders beneath it.
If your collaborators were invited in the "People" folder, they will be removed in the subfolders beneath as you remove them each. However, you can still grant them access to the respective subfolders by sending them a collaboration invite through the subfolder.
