We have 5 unmanaged users - a couple of them are obvious type-o's for some of our managed users. I cannot find them anywhere, except in the unmanaged user report. Would like find them and remove them.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
The way to handle unmanaged users is to first migrate them to your tenant. Once migrated to your tenant as managed users you can then decide to either delete and transfer their content to another user in your tenant or keep the account.
